"5일 아침 커피 II"
네번째 "5일 아침 커피 II" 하루 전 날,
"5일 아침 커피"의 기둥이자 장소인,
그리고 개인적으로는 각별한 의미를 가지고 있는
가시 삼거리 벚나무가
질병과 도로공사로 인해 뽑히고 그 주변의 팡도 없어졌다.
On the day before the fourth "5-Day Morning Coffee II",
the Cherry tree on the 3-way intersection
- the figurehead as well as the venue of "5-Day Morning Coffee"-
was rooted up and the concrete pot was destructured.
(It was suffering from a disease and roadwork took place around it)
그리고 네번째 "5일 아침 커피 II" 날,
그 자리에는 생달나무가 새로이 심겨지고
땅 속 흙이 미처 덮혀지지 않은 채로 남아있었다.
On the day of the fourth "5-Day Morning Coffee II",
Cinnamomum japonicum was newly planted and
earth was left exposed.
임시방편으로 의자 두 개와 작은 탁자 하나를 가져다 놓았다.
As a temporary expedient, I brought two chairs and a stool.
벚나무가 없어진 가시리의 풍경은 달라졌다.
나는 서운했지만 여느 때처럼 떠오르는 해와 함께
깨어나는 마을의 모습은 변함 없었다.
The landscape of Gasiri was different without the cherry tree.
I was sorrowful;
yet the look of the village
waking up with the rising sun
was no different from any other day.
